  Entire neighborhoods are built with an HOA already pre-installed by the developers, with no way out of them AFAIK beyond basically dismantling the company that manages the HOA (that you funded by buying into the neighborhood).

  Housing is extremely predatory in the US, and that’s not even getting into ever increasing home values being a major part of the stock market.

  Shoe sizes change throughout life. At 18 i was a 4E width, at 25ish 4E was too narrow and a 6E fits better.

  Sizes also vary between brands/shoes.

  AFAIK gold on connectors is for anticorrosion purposes. Not particularly useful for say, a gaming mouse, but for an outdoor antenna i can see the use case.

  I’ve received a lot of compliments on my voice in life, Nicknames for it throughout school, i didn’t have a period of voice cracking, literally woke up one day and my voice was different (scared the shit out of my parents that morning).
