    They might not even be from toilet paper. People buy cardboard tubes for crafts, and it’s possible they have a bunch left over after a project: michaels.com/…/12-pack-cardboard-tubes-for-crafts…

    Seems more likely than someone has been collecting toilet paper roles in order to sell them for super cheap
