I’ve had this, though can’t remember where. Europe or.Asia.
One of those older 60s era elevator styles. When you got off at the bathroom, you’d hit a lock button and the elevator wouldn’t open there. It was a little room with a very low ceiling, just above ground floor. My guess, plenty of building infrastructure was in that layer before the floors started and they had a spot for a toilet.
Take a squirt. Man, it’s been a minute since I’ve heard that one.
Left foot blocking in a wide stance. And get ready to bear down like you’re trying to pressure wash shit stains in the bowl. Probably need to angle up a bit for the right ballistic trajectory so you don’t piss all over the floor for the beginning of the stream
It’s a lot funnier when the door opens to just the toilet in view, no door but the elevator door.

Getting Silent Hill vibes, and I can’t describe why.
Now I’m imagining one of those creepy nurses at the urinal. The door opens, you hear pissing, see them. They fart tremendously. “No rain without thunder,” they remark idly. You turn off the game and hide, day ruined. Another successful session of horror gaming.
When you’re older it’ll make more sense. Bad prostate, bad knees 😂
