Went outside just now and a flock of yellowtailed black cockatoos just flew overhead on Bridge Road. Never seen these before in Richmond.

Sometimes in winter gang-gangs are seen down on Merri Creek - presumably escaping the cold of the alpine terrain that they favour in summer. Maybe the black cockies are doing likewise.

Another rental inspection survived. Mr Woof was ropeable, some strange guy coming in and wandering around the house. He firmly believes strangers should either be completely absent or sitting on the couch providing a lap and pats. No other options are acceptable.

I had to put up with twice weekly unit sale inspections by voyeurs with too much perfume for over a year. It got too much so eventually I gave up and moved to a new (much better) place. Since then the unit has been taken off the market unsold. Inspections fzuck. Best of luck to you.

Sale inspections would be an absolute nightmare. That sort of nonsense is one of the main reasons I’m looking forward to buying my own house. The freedom to just live like you want to in your own house/

Mr Woof used to stop barking once someone came inside the house, but these days he is not happy until they are sitting down. If they stay standing he keeps up the barking.
