    You might think this would help prevent wars, but it was standard in the past for politicians to fight battles, and they were dying all the time back then in wars that were also much more common.

    It is not. Many civilians die there, daily. Once you see the aftermath of a drone strike on a human, the red goo with bits that is left behind, which looks like a person turned liquid, is not “fun”. Not even as a joke.

  It’s like a sword duel vs a pistol duel in movies. Sword duels need to have some choreography, even when it’s not great. Pistol duels are they just stand there until one of them shoots the other
