Asian women look like they’re always in their 20s…until their 64th birthday. Then their faces melt, and they look forever 90. Happens overnight actually.

Here is the infographic about it

I did recently watch something showing how much older Americans look due to diet. Not like it’s necessarily a choice of bad diet, rather the options are awful all the way down to produce. There was no science to it, just interviews of Americans visiting other developed nations in Europe, Asia, and places like Australia. A recurring response of why was people pointed it to the “normal” food of the country they were visiting or moved to was higher quality and healthier.
They revealed their ages and I was quite shocked. They all looked years older. Even the host I thought was around 40 to early 40s but was only 32 and apparently was normal for their age.
I guess if that’s the society you live in, you would never realise it until you travelled.

Oh God, the amount of trouble I had when I tried to start cutting sugar out of my diet. Sugar is in EVERYTHING in the US. It’s in the butter. it’s in the bread. It’s in the meat. WHY IS IT IN THE FUCKING MEAT??

I don’t think I buy the diet thing at all.
In the US, it’s commonplace for people to “get a tan” and people in general are not as protective over sun with the use of sunscreen or long sleeves/pants.
In many Asian countries, whiter skin is more desirable. People are a lot more diligent in wearing long sleeves and pants when spending time in the sun and etc.
The sun will age you a LOT.

Might also be diet, but avoiding too much sun exposure is one of the most reliable ways to keep your skin healthy.
