Universities often have subscriptions to those services. Maybe you can ask a someone at one to download them.
Usually this would be through their library and require them to log in to do it, so don’t redistribute them if you get a copy.

This one works. I’m a prof and people get me to download papers for them all the time.
Check with your local library. They might provide free access to some online journals.

One of the best ways is to reach out directly to the authors of the paper, often they will be happy to provide it to you.
