You want to see weird water look up super critical boilers. That stuff was nasty. A regular steam leak will set things on fire. That stuff would explode a broom. We looked for the leaks with straw brooms. You can’t see steam in normal conditions. Only its effects.

I only tip when I think they deserve a tip. I tipped the last meal I ate out. Nice person who checked every few minutes if we needed anything else. They kept our drinks from getting empty. The service was worth the tip so they got it. That is what the tip is for. Good service, not any service.

I spot people from other countries all the time and leave it uncommented. The simple fact is that every culture does things their own way. I find using a scales tedious. Using cups means you don’t have to bother with adding or removing. You just fill the cup to the mark or the top if its that kind of cup. I do have a scale but its most often used for portioning meat.
