Dude, your going to need some fiber with that, or it’s going to feel like a brick when it comes out the other end.

Because … It kinda looks like a backwards one and cheese is often stored cold?

Or is it meant literally, like just sometimes you feel the desire for cheese?

    I’m afraid I don’t get it.

Nothing wrong with eating cheese for dinner.

    my patented charcuterie lunch box:

    • jerky
    • cubed Colby Jack cheese
    • mixed nuts (I like cashews and almonds but you could probably do something cheaper like peanuts)
    • dried fruit (I like cranberries and apricots but again you might find something else is cheaper)
    • ritz or similar store brand crackers stored separately from the other items.

I buy the ingredients in bulk and pack them in small Tupperwares. they’re great to graze with at work.

    Exactly this.

Some days I just give up and eat cheese as a meal.

Not sure about the ‘light’ part:

That’s about 16x the calories. Delicious nonetheless! Pairs well with a Coors Light.
