cerys is doing our head in. I seem to keep stuffing up her insulin and she’s spiking overnight. His Lordship also apparently missed this morning but she’s behaving normally despite Scary Numbers and we keep telling ourselves that.
It doesn’t help that a friend unexpectedly passed last night,
getting real tired of living on hard mode.

I sat down and watched a movie I knew was going to be bad last night. It’s very liberating to watch something you know won’t be good. You don’t need to critically evaluate it, think of how it could have been done better, or even pay that much attention. Sometimes it’s nice to just have something on where you can pay attention to the explosions when they happen.

Picked up the dreaded cold/flu thing. I think I got it from some snivelling teen on the tram to work same day I got the flu shot. It’s absolutely slammed me and I feel like I’m going to be useless for most of the week. I don’t have time for this.
