I can’t tell if the random squiggles in the background are edited in or just how some of the grasses/plants look.
They’re real. It’s a combination of them sagging/being broken and being reflected in the perfectly still water.
In which case this dude’s drawing is basically a Monet.

When I watch YouTube drawing channels and they tell me to draw what I see; this is what I imagine would happen.
