Landscaper, tree worker, construction.
I see “hiring” signs for these jobs all over the place.
Go to EMT school. It’s a fairly short program. Shouldn’t be terribly expensive.

A lot easier to add layers for warmth than it is to cool down.
And shoveling snow certainly can be a strenuous activity. People can definitely over heat from being bundled up.
