This is one of those “idk man I think it depends”. I think the average median person probably should not drive, let alone drink and operate 2 ton vehicles near where people walk. But the law is bs and clearly isn’t nearly effective enough for what the policy it sounds like they advertise for. But on the surface level I’m like 🤷♀️ maybe it should be lower, but everything related to the enforcement of the law is so fucked idek

In many states, like NY anything above 0 is illegal. Above 0.08 is criminal.

Kindly, women get shit on for everything they do why do you them wearing something outrageous is any different. Maybe the answer you’re looking for, is that this example you’re imagining she doesn’t sound bothered by the judgement of others, and you can do this too! But it starts by hushing that social cop of yours trying to be upset at how others are living, you’re killing a part of yourself every time you do, and it’s (for the most part) entirely optional, but it isn’t always easy because you’re taught to do this and it takes time and effort to undo. But you gotta start somewhere so maybe even in your mind every once in a while wear your high strung thong out in public boy you got this!

Decenter yourself and your relationship from this scenario just for a moment, is this information that your (coworker maybe in this case?) needs to know in order to do a better job in the future? How would you go about informing them if so. Then you can bring back in all the other variables before figuring out your next step. Perhaps you can also frame the information you have differently to allow them to put together the other details “last job there was a leak, was there something we overlooked?” Or smth idk
