  I’m going to call today and see if I can get even a small credit on my next bill. I went almost 12 hours with no service. I’ve been with them since before their name was even Verizon, but I know what my answer will be. I’m still going to try. 🤷🏻‍♂️

      I got a text today saying that they’re giving a $20 credit on my next bill if I go to a website and request it.

  I was with Verizon for years, as they got more and more expensive, and customer service got worse and worse, and then they started charging for it.

  So I switched to T-Mobile. They have the same mediocre service, but they are half the price, and include Netflix and Hulu. I also got their $35 Internet, which works fine, and that includes Paramount and Peacock. Then they have TMobile Tuesdays, which gets me good deals on pizza.

  So imagine my schadenfreude as Verizon dive-bombed yesterday.
