Sometimes there’s free breakfast too. And less chance of hidden cameras.
- Comment on You didn't grow up yet, till you choose your power grain, what is yours? 1 day ago:
Rice. Staple since I could eat solid food. Can’t live without it
- Comment on Who like me? T_T 6 days ago:
I only have it for the neighborhood group chat. Someone suggested to use Beeper for it. Anyone know if it’s safe?
- Comment on What browser(s) should I use? 1 week ago:
Not just the US. Philippines, Togo, Cayman Islands, and Greenland apparently also use MM/DD/YYYY in some way or form. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_date_formats_by_country
- Comment on What browser(s) should I use? 1 week ago:
Half of them were already False for me. I think I remember right clicking and seeing an AI option that I said no to. That probably disabled some of the features listed.

Check first what information is required to sign up again with a new account. Like the other commenter said, they might be asking for actual ID now just to sign up. In that case, just sell somewhere else. If you are able to sign up without providing any personal information, use facebook on a browser only. Firefox with uBO and facebook container. Use an email specifically made for that account and don’t use it anywhere else.

I didn’t know what the rabbit clock meme was, so I pulled it up for everyone else:
- Comment on WhatsApp appears to have ads now. Good thing I don't really use it anymore. 1 week ago:
Thanks for the info. Whatsapp is a pretty low bar so anything else would be better at this point lol. Given I only use it for one specific purpose (neighborhood group chat), I’m inclined to try Beeper out.
- Comment on why are they pushing kpop demon hunters so badly? Who makes money off this new group? 1 week ago:
Sony and Netflix do. It’s not about how good or bad something is. If it gets viral/popular, they will milk it as much as they can.

Thanks for the recommendation. Is Beeper trustworthy on the privacy front?
- Comment on The struggle is real 1 week ago:
You can buy a portable bidet that is basically a squeeze bottle with a nozzle. I always carry a small bottle of liquid soap in my bag so I can wash anywhere. I also have an empty water bottle in my bag’s side pocket that I can fill up when I don’t have the portable bidet with me.

You’re probably building up more tolerance to it. That or they changed the formula for the US market. They seem to taste the same to me.
- Comment on My Car Is Becoming a Brick: EVs are poised to age like smartphones. 2 weeks ago:
I think what is being implied is EVs will have planned obsolescence even if they are perfectly working fine, like smartphones. Whether it be irreplaceable batteries, or software updates not being backward compatible. Regular cars are capable of lasting until they literally break down and die.
- Comment on WhatsApp appears to have ads now. Good thing I don't really use it anymore. 2 weeks ago:
I only have it because the neighborhood group chat uses it. I can’t convince hundreds of people of all ages and backgrounds to switch to Signal unfortunately. Some of them barely know how to use a smartphone.
- Comment on What OS does the Batcomputer use? 2 weeks ago:
Definitely some Palantir-level proprietary software.

I hiked with some Czech folks a couple of years back. We took a shot every time we took a break going up and down the mountain.

Try film scores. That’s what I use when studying for certification exams. I listen to Jóhann Jóhannsson, Hildur Guðnadóttir, Thomas Newman, Nick Cave, Nico Muhly, Max Richter, and of course some Hans Zimmer as well.

I’d be worried it will get caught in the chain or tires. Dunno why OP is afraid of being seen with the hat clipped to the handlebars.

Wasn’t able to catch the game because I was watching the Spurs/Bulls, but saw that last OT winner. Wow, what poor defensive execution by the Cavs.
- Comment on [Post Game Megathread] Nov 9-15 4 weeks ago:
Big difference with the Spurs having a full center rotation. Wemby isn’t gassed and he plays much better. Kornet is also so good being able to play alongside another big. Castle had unlimited passing and lob options in the paint. Also, Spurs broadcast had Will Perdue as a guest for the 3Q and holy shit the guy won’t. stop. talking. Maybe save all the stories for a podcast or post game broadcast, not in the middle of the game.

- Comment on You just had to ask that question 4 weeks ago:
Oohh we have a guy similar to this at work. When you ask him to document what he wants to do so it can be officially approved, he would rather spend several days arguing back and forth on email with essays (multiple paragraphs) explaining why it shouldn’t be his responsibility to document it, instead of spending 10 mins to type in several sentences in the documentation.

To be fair, there ARE great anime soundtracks out there. Especially these days where they get actual bands/musicians to make them. But yes, anon probably has shit taste in music.

PCI audit, so going through documents over the past year to present as evidence.

Yeah, and the scale of the picture itself is hard to determine. You don’t know how big the thing you’re looking at is, so you don’t know if you’re supposed to see just a paw, the entire creature, etc.
