- Comment on Me in my home office at exactly 5:01pm everyday 1 week ago:
you get a bit of exercise on the commute home
Really depends on where you live. If by commute, you mean walking and taking nice, comfortable public transportation, then sure you can probably count that as exercise. If your commute is sitting in a car in traffic for an hour each way, that’s terrible; and you’re better off stepping outside your home office after work to take a walk in your neighborhood. Not having to tire yourself out from commuting also means you have more energy to exercise after work, so it’s a matter of willpower to not immediately dive into bed.

IOS and Android (or at least on the Pixels AFAIK) now have this feature where you can have it answer for you to screen the caller first.

- Comment on NBA All-Star Game 2026 1 week ago:
I like the 10-minute match format. It made each minute more meaningful, so players played hard the entire time. They can change team compositions, but they should keep the game format. Maybe even make it 12 minutes per match. Also, give some time to rest for the last winner before the final, as they will be more gassed.
Props to Wemby and Ant for leading by example and actually playing. All it takes is a couple of players and it’s a domino effect. Even the old heads were playing hard. Oh and Kawhi is a freaking machine. lol
Disappointed but not unexpected with Jokic and Luka. With no Giannis and Shai, Wemby was basically carrying his entire team. Props to KAT on offense but his defense contributed to their loss, especially on the winning shot from Barnes. If Jokic and Luka were injured or on a minutes restriction, they should’ve been DNP’d and gave their roster spots to replacements who would actually try.

Because of the Winter Olympics coverage taking up primetime, all the All Star events started early this weekend.

Dryers and fabric conditioners mainly. Clothes were handwashed and dried in the sun when I was growing up, so they had to be ironed to remove wrinkles.

I only know because tv shows that normally air episodes on Sundays shift their schedules to earlier in the week. Also, NBA games which I actually follow are moved the day before and the ones are left start earlier in the day.

- Comment on do most people really like the taste and smell of eggs? 3 weeks ago:
On its own it doesn’t really have a distinct taste or smell to me. I rarely cook eggs without adding seasoning or flavor. At the minimum I cook it in butter, so that already adds great taste and smell to it.

Yeah I think it’s pretty much the same as what any other ISP is able to collect. They’re just explicitly writing it down that they will use it for training data.
