  How’s American Dad these days? I remember Season 1 and bits of Season 1 were genuinely funny and mostly based around caricatures of the american conservative. Then I had to stop watching because later seasons started to get more insensitive and “bothsidesy”.

    The first 10 maybe 15, 20 is stretching it seasons of the simpsons were alright, parts of them genuinely good. Why we’ve continued another 20 years with lesser writers and low quality slop is beyond me…

  Will Fox at least give Bob’s Burgers a coherent airing schedule? Or did the writer’s strike cause this?

  Season 14 episode 13 aired in May 2024, but the last three episodes didn’t air till September. Then immediately afterwords the following week they premiered season 15.

    That particular thing was the strikes. But Bob’s also seems to be the thing that gets pulled so new shows can have its time slot for a shot in the arm. That’s why the 2nd half of season 15 hasn’t started.

      That show will run until one of the principal voice actors like Nancy Cartwright or don castenella dies. They’ve traditionally been hesitant to recast and if one of the core characters dies it’s over imo

      Well they have the song from, I think, “Behind the laughter” that goes “you’ll never stop The Simpsons, have no fears we’ve got stories for years”.

      Also in the 138th episode spectacular Troy says “Who knows what adventures they’ll have between now and the time the show becomes unprofitable” and we apparently haven’t hit that point yet.

      Their opening episode this season was an in-universe “final episode” with Bart fighting against the changes. But it didn’t have a clear date.
