  One plethora of plants has now been ordered, and I have a rough planting plan drawn up. Now I need to add on another small fortune for mulch and fertilizer and I’ll be set.

  I’ve got loads of brushes, good ones and cheaper ones, tube paints and a palette of colours in trays. I have spare paper for messing about and a big jar of water.

  Now I will read the book carefully and follow instructions. Starting with doing a colour test of all the paints. :)

      I’ve already not done it right …lol. Start again, this time rule the paper into sections for each colour and use a different brush.

    I’ve done it with different times, I do it about 4 times a year when I’m break and I stay up late doing stuff then suddenly need to wake up for work in the mornings.

  Ugh… I still haven’t sent off those soil samples because I haven’t been able to get to the post office. Other stuff has been the priority.

  And now there’s condensation on the bags when the samples are supposed to be dry. Perhaps I’ll just have to take new soil samples.

  Then again there are physical challenges to using the soil even if it is safe to grow food in. There are various issues with any ideas I have to make use of what’s available

  Last day of gardening bee today. Just some repotting of pot plants left to do. There was lots of rain overnight to help the new plants outside settle in which is good, plus predictions of more intermittent rain during the week. Hopefully when I come back for Christmas there will be some growth to see.
