        I’m familiar with the type. I’ve learned to be grateful when it’s not being directed at me, but sometimes you wish they’d just cut the crap and kill each other.

        Are they directly above you? You could drill a small unobtrusive hole up through their floor and use it to fill their appartment with some sort of sleeping gas. Repeat every time they get too noisy. The closest thing you can get to an off switch for neighbours!

    Tv Review. The Stand, series by Stephen King.

    I found it tiresome.

    But it was a really good retelling of Bible style stories, Daniel I think, that revelations stuff. Huge cataclysmic events, the world is changed , the story is about everyday people and their everyday lives and how special and important they are plus some true believers and supernatural stuff thrown in. There were no “heroes” per se. So for me it was an exercise in writing. I expect for true believin’ Americans they would love that stuff.

    2 hobbits. The scenery was pretty and it had some nice effects. - .5 hobbits for whoopi. She was for all the boomers who thought she was great in Ghost.

    TL:DWTTTS: yesterday I was asleep, my phone was in do not disturb mode, and I had the gate closed (because I was asleep) and was expecting one delivery at about 6pm. Then 2 rocked up around 8:30-9.

    Alexa woke me up at 9 to tell me that I had a delivery coming today, so I opened the gate in case they came early and went back to sleep. Then properly got up at 11. The Amazon and Bunnings came at 8:47 and 8:55

      Also, I do feel a bit bad about it, and don’t blame Bunnings man for returning my order, or Amazon man for throwing my package over the fence. But Amazon has never delivered to me before mid day, and Bunnings have never delivered to me before 3pm. And I wasn’t actually expecting either of them, because Amazon said Thursday and Bunnings said today

      Overall, if this were r/AmITheAsshole, I’d give the story a rating of “no arseholes here” (NAH). Thank you for coming to me self evaluation.

    I think there is less vaping since the bans. I don’t notice clouds of fruit flavoured smoke wafting around as much as I used to. I guess the ban is working? I had just assumed the illegal supply would fill the gap.
