  Super inefficient design. Most living things tend to be a tube with various bits attached. Food goes in one end and poop comes out the other. What are the ends on either side of the face for here?

  Well, that would make Anacondas dangerous. The reason why they can’t devour certain prey is that their mouth cannot open horizontally. If they somehow retained their vertically-able jaw and it got stretched like this, …!!!
