  I agree in theory with these kinds of rules, but I don’t trust legislators to do it properly.

  For an example, I remember back in my rs2 days, RWT (real world trading) was relatively common and things like loot dropped from certain monsters was randomized, you might have to kill it 100 times to get that one drop or pay $5 or whatever to get it now.

  Where would a legistlator fall on that? Is that gambling? Does RNG and the ability to transfer goods on a game then become illegal just by way of interpretation?

  To be clear I didn’t get into “NFTs” during the craze at all because I knew what NFTs are supposed to be and personalized pictures of monkeys is not it.

  At the same time it was hilarious how stupid the arguments on both sides were.

  Its not about whether you actually own the thing or not, its the record of you owning it.

  Without a central body enforcing it its basically pointless, similar to if you don’t own the title of the car you don’t actually have record of ownership and therefore don’t have the rights to go along with that legally. (In theory lol)

  At the same time, unreal games seem to have much less moddability, to your point, the ecosystem around the existing engine for Beth games means its much easier to get in and do modding.

  I’m not even saying it sounds like an authentic review persay but I don’t think objectively one can say for sure it’s because of a targeted harassment attack, which if we remove any “borderline” reviews, again it opens up removing any legitimate criticism against a game just for saying “oh it’s harassment!”

  Not liking something doesn’t mean it should be removed.

  Any negative review of a game then becomes fair game.

  Also not all LLMs are Nazi machines, I almost exclusively use abilerated models and I’ve never once had it go on a nazi tirade.

  Though I mostly use it for Linux/code or random home assistant projects, not as a conversation.

  That’s actually one of my favorite parts, it’s like a feed into itself incentive for my already packrat tendencies.

  Now instead of just taking all their weapons/armor/clothes to sell, the random junk is also useful for when I get back home and can upgrade the town, my weapons, or my armor!
