Great goals, and do-able!
I think mine are:
- Develop an exercise habit of some sort. Anything, really, even just regular walking. I used to do heaps of incidental exercise (like riding my bike to work) but now I donât, and I really need to do something to help with stress management
- Start to investigate other jobs. Iâm lucky that I have a good job and work with (mostly) great people, but Iâm pretty burnt out. But also nervous about change and not sure my skills are transferable.
Sating âinvestigateâ makes it seem less scary, lol
