What do you want out of life?

Well it’s not quite a nib, and it’s not quite a jiffy, but man!
So to answer your question I don’t know
SatansMaggotyCumFart@piefed.world 2 weeks ago
Jib is meth they’re saying they like the substances she bulks out her illegal substances with.

Why is your tuna canned, instead of swimming in the sea?
cannedtuna@lemmy.world 2 weeks ago
Because it makes for great sandwiches

A jib is a type of sail. And I think the cut is talking about the shape. Beyond that I can’t explain.
EvilBit@lemmy.world 2 weeks ago
IIRC, the shape of the jib sail indicated the origin of a sailing vessel, so it could show a friendly ship from a distance.

Yeah age of sail lookouts had incredible eyesight, they had to since every minute you lost determining friend or foe was a minute you’d delay beating to quarters and running out your guns.

I thought the cut means the angle at which it’s hung. Source: This landlubber

It could be. I didn’t feel like looking it up, and that was as close to the answer as I could remember.
