Because it would be weirder to end on it: sexual predator, cheater, nonprofit bankrupting, racist white Christian nationalist, and public urinator.

I think you could definitely end with it, but it softens the blow. I feel like that kind of style is usually reserved for comedy/roasting, though, where people may overexaggerate or just fabricate some horrible descriptors for someone and then end with an unflattering but true, descriptor.
You’re definitely right that it doesn’t fit here, because all of those things are true about Kegsbreath.
