    It’s from The Incredibles, the last scene when Dash (the super-fast kid) is in a school track foot race and the family is cheering him on, but he starts going a bit too fast and the family yells at him to slow down, go for a “close second”. This dude in the stands in front of them overheard and is like wtfuck.
