I really liked the ones from 711. I think the last one was chicken schnitzel and salad on wholemeal with mayo but even plain chicken would have been fine.

What was the last really good sandwich you had?

I don’t remember the last specific sandwich, there are too many. I’m having turkey, avocado and cranberry tomorrow (on fresh bread that I’m in the process of baking now) and they are always pretty good. If you are including toasties, Sunday lunch is a toasted sandwich, with meatloaf, roasted zucchini & pumpkin, marinaded mushroom and capsicum, and cheddar cheese.

An egg & lettuce sanga I made a couple of days ago. I could live off those.

Yum, how do you like the egg?
CEOofmyhouse56@aussie.zone 2 days ago
I boil it, peel it, mash it a little, add a tiny bit of mayo, add pepper and sometimes I add curry powder.

GOAT sandwich is tomato and cheese with good quality butter and lashings of salt and pepper on fresh bread. I will allow ham if needed.
