A lot of what I eat would be particularly appreciated by pregnant women lol. Beetroot and cheddar with sweet mustard pickle and extra whole grain mustard on ultra grainy bread, no butter. Cooked pasta with pesto and mayo mixed together. Plain porridge on its own with no milk honey or sugar. Marmalade and mayo on roast chicken. Mandarins and Nutella. Vanilla ice cream with cereal sprinkled on it (one of those flakes with fruit and nuts kind of cereals like Uncle Tobyâs Plus Iron).

I like to melt chocolate in the microwave and then either eat it like that or spread it on bread.
