  You cropped out the hand with 3 fingers and a thumb with the middle finger being extra large. It might not be an AI insert but between that and no shadows it’s suspect.

    What you find the 12 pixels that comprise this image to be suspicious? Given the low resolution I’m not sure how you can come to any real opinion about it at all but it certainly doesn’t scream AI generated.
