I’m out of the loop with Dune news. Is the plan still that Dune Messiah will cover the second book (of the same name) and there’ll be a Children of Dune TV show? Or am I just speaking fake news?

I meant wiping twice as in I’d bidet, wipe once to dry, wipe twice to confirm clean, and then done. As opposed to marker butthole 😅

It’s so hard to use toilet paper after getting a bidet.
I mean sure, I use TP to double check the bidet did it’s job and to dry. But wiping twice as opposed to dealing with a marker butthole has spoiled me.

I will finally be available to fairly and accurately measure all the men in the gym locker room without being suspicious and bringing in a ruler 😤

The child isn’t born yet and he’s dishing out dad jokes?
Either it’s not his wife’s first child or he’s a premature dad and he should go to the hospital to be monitored until the child is delivered. There is a chance he obtained dad power without being a dad yet. Premature dad puns are too concentrated and are hard to control; they is a danger to himself and those around them.
Please post again for more unsolicited medical advice.

I honestly think there’s a gray area here and it’s worth talking to a lawyer if anything. There are certainly some protections for peoples under 40. Being denied a promotion because you’re “too young” is certainly a protection. The catch is you have to prove it.
This case is easy to prove though if there are any laws over this.

A 60ft tall 4ft wide tree costs $4k to remove in your neck of the woods? In my area, it costs that much to remove a tree a third of that size and I shopped around and got multiple quotes too 😣

That’s about $105k in today’s dollars.
You know, typical middle class income. /s

A lot of posts here have given out wonderful and helpful ideas! I can’t provide any more on top of this, but I want to speak to this:
How long to grow a community
However long it takes. Some communities never take off, some communities that seem obscure will sometimes propel to popularity. However long you keep at it is 100% completely up to you! As long as you are finding some fulfilling or enjoyment out of it. You don’t owe anybody anything in this regard. If you are tired or stressed from it, there is nothing wrong with dropping the community you tried to grow. You tried to start something, and that is commendable in itself.
With that said, I enjoy geocaching every few months or so when I look into it! Unfortunately there aren’t that many caches near me. I’ll subscribe and maybe make a few caches of my own!

I 100% agree there are people in management who just like to have a sense of power over people, but there are big corporations losing money over real-estate.
For starters, if you’re a firm who owns a lot of rental office space, you’re losing money on the businesses not renewing their license (which I’m not saying this is a bad thing).
Then, you have the huge corporate business who have a huge amount of office space which they own. A company in my city JUST finished a $250-million expansion onto their HQ right as COVID hit. That same land area is in a central location and was even being highly considered for high density housing before the company bought the land. The parking lot for the new building never gets more than half full. Fuck 'em.

Just let those leases expire when they do
The companies losing money are the huge companies who don’t lease from what I’ve seen.

I’m sure others will disagree but I’m fine with this, especially since it sounds like you’re being fair, not greedy, and have a reasonable exit strategy.
You aren’t hoarding wealth, buying up all the starter homes, making them into unsightly mcmanasions, and then putting them up for rent like a bunch of houses in my neighborhood. Like 7 houses on my block are owned by 2 people.
