Completely correct. 10k tickets, the top 10k people who are willing to pay the most get tickets. Any attempt to break this and push to a lower price just means that there is a market gap that can be filled by buying low and selling high. Im a big believer that high demand tickets should have a name on them with ID required - want to sell they go back to retailers at cost.
She also tried a points system - follow on insta, buy merch, buy CD, get points towards early access so actually fans get tickets for a lower price. She got done for favoritism.

Anything above that gets taxed in every way we can so you can and do make a profit, but its considered similar to other financial investments including risk.
Not sure how the loopholes would work if they own part with an ex, or kids, or single to relationship, but the general idea.

I disagree - inflation is different to a contractual agreement.
Your agreement states (for example) $10 an hour. This is what was agreed to by both parties. The wider economy is out of the scope of most companies.
Take nearly anything else you own or could own - it doesn’t grow in value or size based on inflation either.
