The new Snapdragon laptops are getting 15h+ of battery life, which is a couple of hours less than the new Macs (macs have bigger batteries) in the same benchmarks. The next gen Ryzen AI 300 Omnibook is said to have 20h+… but why do people want so much out of their battery? I’ve only used laptops for work and I can’t remember being more than a couple of hours at a time outside a dock.

Here there’s roughly 200,000 people who use amphetamines recretionally and about 20,000 people who according to doctors have a problem with their usage. I.e. 90% can use them occasionally without an issue. For alcohol the number here is closer to 85%.

The umbrella term is amphetamines. And not all ADHD stimulants are amphetamines, as there’s also methylphenidate (ritalin) which is a dopamine reuptake inhibitor kinda like cocaine, except for majority of people a lot less enjoyable.

I mean it makes sense when you think about how the spheres arrange in an infinte square and e.g. 4r square. There has to be some fuckery between the perfect packing and the small square packing. You can see a triangle of perfect packing in the middle of the 49 sphere square, surrounded by garbage.

Is cube a simple shape in physics? It’ 3-dimensional and It’s gonna do all sort of crazy flips due to aerodynamics and moment of inertia. I would prefer a 1-dimensional point like cat.

I think intestineal issues are the first symptom of your DNA being so fucked you can’t produce new cells. The cells in your guts needs constant replenishment and things go bad quick down there without new cells.
