Yet cars are not made to kill and have a purpose in everyday life. Guns dont. But sure, I am all for building more public transportation.

That doesnt make any sense. Since card have other purposes than killing they can be legal.
Since guns only exist to kill they should not be legal. But it is a fight against wind mills since americans love their ability to kill who they want more than they love their kids.

Meanwhile Trump: Lets remove all people living in Gaza and built golf courses there lol
- Comment on PSA for those in America 4 days ago:
Funny. In Germany we have been discussing banning fireworks for new years for a while now since more and more people realize the mix of alcohol and fireworks is a bad idea and traumatizing pets, war refugees and old people, killing wildlife and poisoning the air for days to come is not worth it so some people can watch something go boom.

The only times americans revolted against their government was when americans were fighting to KEEP slavery. So I wouldnt get my hopes up.

- Comment on Iraq War was preceded by the largest worldwide non-violent protests in history and the war happened anyway. 6 months ago:
Thats not true. As much as I see the need for violent protest sometimes, peaceful protest can change things. See the fall of the berlin wall.
- Comment on When leftists say "landlord are parasites" or similar dislike of landlords, do they also mean the people that own like a couple of houses as an investment, or only the big landlords? 6 months ago:
Especially those that own a couple houses as “investment”. Housing should not be an investment. With the big companies you could argue at least that they are also building houses, which we need since the government wont build enough. Not saying they arent parasites either though.
- Comment on Indian start-up Yes Madam fires employees who indicated being stressed in the survey 6 months ago:
I have always engaged with every one of them and have been negative quite often yet never anything bad came of it. Probably because we have employee rights where I live. So the actual problem is americas lacks of rights.

I feel the same way about linux. Every post remotely related to tech brings on the linux bro trying to convert you to their religion of linux
- Comment on Anon questions our energy sector 7 months ago:
We are phasing out coal. I am not arguing against further researching nuclear energy. Current plants are not worth it to build though.
- Comment on Anon questions our energy sector 7 months ago:
We need a fitting location to safely bury it in. Otherwise it can pollute the ground and water. In Germany for example we dont have such a location. That and the issue of cost, no one wanting to build it, no one wanting to insure it, no state wanting to offer the space and no energy company wanting this energy led to us making the correct decision in moving away from it
- Comment on Anon questions our energy sector 7 months ago:
Anon is dumb. Anon forgets the nuclear waste. Anon also forgets that the plants for the magical rocks are extremely expensive. So much that energy won by these rocks is more expensive than wind energy and any other renewable.

It is funny since they keep voting in ways that make their healthcare worse instead of better so why should we feel pity?
- Comment on Serious statement: I don't understand the argument that not voting for Harris was the morally correct thing to do, because of Gaza. Why does anyone believe this? 7 months ago:
It did. It was just a flawed democracy. Now it will be full on fascism. So instead of hope it will get better one day it has gone the worst possible outcome and will not get better until the entire country looks like Berlin '45
- Comment on True Story 7 months ago:
We should not pander to fascists and their enablers so we are free to say fuck all non voters. You will not have another election anyways so non voters should be cut out of anyones life the same way MAGA is.
- Comment on True Story 7 months ago:
Fuck all non voters. They will be regarded the same as Trump voters in the history books and are the same kind of filth as those.
- Comment on Serious statement: I don't understand the argument that not voting for Harris was the morally correct thing to do, because of Gaza. Why does anyone believe this? 7 months ago:
Yeah, I have so many discussion with non voters who sre fucking stupif. “But but Gaza!!” completely ignoring how Trump was escalating the conflict when he was in power and how he praised Netanyahu for his handling of it. If the think the dems are bad for Gaza they have not paid attention to republicans.
- Comment on Serious statement: I don't understand the argument that not voting for Harris was the morally correct thing to do, because of Gaza. Why does anyone believe this? 7 months ago:
Non voters are just as responsible for the loss of democracy. They are not a single bit better than any MAGA even if they like to claim they are. They chose fascism over democracy

Thats a disgusting comparision. The Nazis invaded Poland unprovoked. A terror organization killed and kidnapped innocent civillians.
- Comment on I'm not worried you're worried 8 months ago:
It has a right to defend itself. It had the right to fight back against the terrorists from october 7. Currently it has gone way past defense though which is why stopping aid for Israel is important. Not voting for Harris because of Gaza is the dumber possible take though since the orange fascist is much worse for them.
- Comment on I'm not worried you're worried 8 months ago:
Yeah its terrible for everyone else. Especially Ukrainians, Taiwanese and Palestinians. Though the last group I feel less empathy for now since they called for not voting either so they are as responsible as Trump supporters.
- Comment on I'm not worried you're worried 8 months ago:
Seeing as the pflp caused Trump to win they know absolutely nothing. And yes, Israel has a right to defend itself. So does every country. They dont have a right to commit genocide though.

Mine also has fascists getting 20-30% a lot of places. But we have more safeguards
