Maybe in utopistic communist fantasy where goverment farms grew me the produce I need, but in current capitalist world home grown is way cheaper to me than store bought.

Dinosaurs were not mammals, so they did not have huge boobs, at least in a sense of mammary glands.
Of course, those non-avian dinosaurs that died could have had some kinky sexual organs but non of the bird species we know of has huge mammary glands so avian dinosaurs most likely did not have either.

You could get a fully work-from-home job, what ever that could be.
You could order your food delivered home.
You could buy a pullup bar or a bench and adjustable dumbbells and you could take care of your strength.
You could buy a treadmill or an indoor trainer and you could take care of your fitness.
I mean, if you really wanted to you could pretty much stay at home for a very long time.
