If my mother/sister/daughter was a wet nurse, I’d have zero problems with it if they did it by their own choice. Same as if they were able to bottle and sell their own breastmilk for a couple extra bucks, kinda like how people are able to donate blood or plasma or semen for a little money sometimes.
Provided it’s not being abused and they are not enslaved or abused into doing it, I don’t see a problem with it

So, you say you aren’t out of touch and then immediately describe how out of touch you are
As an aside, it’s been a long while since I hired someone who was unemployed
I have 10 years of experience in my field and two difficult certifications where even one is uncommon and highly desired. I am a prime hire. When my company got out bid and had to lay off the entire workforce, it still took me almost 7 months to get rehired and that was with sending an average of roughly 40 applications out every day. I used my entire savings and my partner had to dip into theirs to supplement rent in that time. The single one that called me back ended up hiring me.
Now, let’s do a little math since your terminal victim brain can’t seem to empathize with people less lucky than you got in life: assume a quick and decent personalized letter only takes 10 minutes. Not so bad, right? For 40 applications, that’s 400 minutes divided by 60 (the number of minutes in an hour) and you get 6.66 repeating. Nearly 6 and a half hours per day just doing a ‘quick letter’ and you’re complaining that you have to ask a couple more questions during an interview, where’re you’re still making money. You’re right that one of us is definitely an out of touch fucking moron and it sure as hell isn’t me
- Comment on Take cover 1 week ago:
I thought it was pretty fuckin obvious what the other people are saying, but I suppose being an out of touh moron is a requirement to be an employer. Realize the struggle people face and how shitty the job searching economy is and get over yourself. Stop asking for cover letters

The cameras gather more than jusy video. They also scan wifi and bluetooth and can still capture people who walk/drive by with any device that can communicate on wifi or bluetooth

You can usually find whatever media a character is from by looking up the character. In this case, the character Frieren is from the show Frieren

I dunno, that one CEO surely didn’t think Mangione’s alleged rage was very impotent, and all the other CEOs that got scared didn’t think so, either. Unfortunately the American people let Luigi down, though

I mostly follow what you did here. Did you times 6 by 3, then 7 by 3 and then times both 6 and 7 by half, then sparate them to add together?

- Comment on I still can't get over Skyrim. Are there any games that can replace it? 2 months ago:
In addition to what everyone else said, the summons are pretty cool, as well. You can summon multiples of a creature as well as direct them all to attack a specific enemy if there’s one fucker in a group that needs a jumping, and you can consume your summoned creatures to regain mana (or health, it’s been a while since I played last and I can’t remember exactly.)
There’s also a spell that causes targets to explode into cheese. And it works on your summons. So, infinite cheese is neat, I suppose

Oh, yeah, the guy being actively paid by PG&E, Chevron and Meta is a way safer choice, obviously. There’s no way Becerra, taking money from Chevron, would make decisions against the best interests of the State or its citizens and in favor of Chevron. You’re such a smart boy making good and informed decisions

The meme is called Loss. There was a webcomic of… Questionable quality that was generally supposed to be humorous. At a certain point the author’s wife had a miscarriage and he made a webcomic that portrays him entering the hospital, speaking to a receptionist, speaking to a doctor then walking in to find his wife in the bed in the last panel. It has been memed since then, and abstracted to various shapes following the general visual lines present in the original comic

Your meme implies the people who are against AI are ‘techno illiterate’ but it’s the opposite, really. People who use AI to do things either can’t figure out how to do it themselves or can’t be assed to do it themselves. It creates trash and makes it so the users can’t recognize trash
