I live in the states and I’d like to swap with this guy for a trial period. I’ll try partying and busting for a month while he kicks it in the no fun country where the rent is $1200/month+ and having a good looking ass is considered an actual commodity that must hit the market ASAP.

His support for invading Iraq was pretty bad.

Is this meant to suggest that reactionaries aren’t work-shy as hell? That would be a lie. They all want some bullshit media career as much as any liberal.

So sick of hearing about CK. How could anyone listen to him? He was always talking out the side of his neck.

It’s a Debian fork with the option not to use systemd. I’ve been using it for months without a single crash. Everything starts up quick. I like it. Any linux without systemd is worth a shot, if you like fast and stable.

Yeah, but most Trump sign houses are suburban McMansions and historic urban estates. Like we keep saying, the die hard MAGA people are thoroughly bourgeois and have been all their lives.

True, there’s no reason to have everyone working at the level of automation we’ve reached, but some people think it’s the 1950s or something.

If I had to guess, it’s probably because being a NEET is depressing state of being. No direction or control over your life and you’re at the whims of whatever happens to your family, economically. People with nothing to look forward to tend to wig out over petty shit like one less tendie.

The carrot thing isn’t totally untrue, but it’s a bit more complex. If you’re skilled in a trade, you probably have more of a chance of not being financially uprooted than someone with a white collar degree whose job will be AI’d in the next 5 years. That said, to make decent money in a trade, it helps a lot to have a degree from a trade school.
If you want a job as a radiology tech, what hospital is giving them out with no degree?

Pretty good, but the Dems are equally rudderless and won’t prosecute, just like last time.
