If the government is so bad and incompetent, let it fall on its own instead of worsening the living conditions of regular people there. We’re hurting the people, not the president.

Maybe just stop the blockade so the hospitals can function? This is strictly a result of US policy. You can nitpick the decision making around the edges all you like, but it’s clear the main problem. If you don’t see it, you are willingly blind.
