  Forcing your self to feel feelings that you think “are right” is a good way to guilt trip yourself into insanity. The reality is feelings are oscillatory, sometimes you love someone to bits, sometimes you are impartial to them, sometimes you want a bit of space. If one is overweighing the others in a way that you think contradicts your proximity to this person then it is time to have an adult conversation but you can’t judge your relation, your self or the other person based on a single moment of feeling you had one morning.

  I mean this regime is a continuation of a regime change that was also installed by US and UK about 40 years ago. And more recently in any place where US has been involved in a regime change (Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Egypt and Syria among others), the country is left to the mercy of religious cults or warlords after a great proportion of civilian infrastructure is bombed out of existence.
