I find the over the counter cold meds at least handle the congestion pretty dang well. A few hot baths a day for sickness body pain/joint inflammation. I don't get headaches so the worst part is the throat for me usually. Cough syrup or the drops are useless I find.

Since I use a PC with a TV and ignore the "smart" infestures entirely and never connect to the internet unless I become aware of a bug fix that concerns the displayed picture, it doesn't matter much to me. I just compare panel quality on the fly with my phone while out buying one and check for any deal breakers like a high failure rate or something. I'd look for microLED /w an adequate amount of dimming zones, HDR1000, VRR Freesync, and 120hz. The last two times I went during winter holidays and bought heavily discounted clearance last year's models 75" panels. Won't again until it breaks. Edit: LG currently but I have no brand loyalty.

Besides the bathroom mirror I make do with a handheld that's double sided. One side is magnifying for close ups.

I bought the proper hardware to cut my own hair as and learned how to do fades. It's easy to keep it tje same length all the time this way.
Mainly I just got sick of paying so much for a 10 minute cut.

Personally I didn't like Galaxy 1 very much, but loved 2 as much as using a Wiimote allows. Came down to more level variety with better design and being more challenging I guess. Hard to remember, never replayed either game.
I can't stand Sunshine however. Multiple revisits trying to get into it, but it's just with how Mario controls. Very SSB Melee twitchy which I don't like.

I find Spotify is dogshit to navigate I can't find anything. If I let it autoplay it'll just start playing generic shitty dance music. I don't get it. I've never discovered an artist through Spotify.
I exclusively use Bandcamp lately. Unfortunately, American owned. Looking into other suggestions here.

I can feel myself getting happier in real time (hit 7'C last night and already my mood is improving) as the pitch dark silence of winter sets in. All the annoying birds migrate away, insects are all dead or hibernating, no rustling leaves, and most humans stop making sounds or going outside as much especially at night when I'm personally most active as a night owl. When my nostril hairs freeze together for the first time that year I'm positively ecstatic. I live further north than 95% of Canadians so even less daylight in the winter which is fucking great. The Sun > Vitamin D liquid drops. Go away, shitty fusion ball.
