Edit: you have to login first. Honestly, bad first impression already.
Spotify doesn’t even let you into the app without logging in
- Comment on Tabletop convection oven 5 days ago:
The airflow in a regular convection oven is not nearly as violent as in an air fryer. Even when preheated food will cook faster and become crisper in an air fryer than a convection oven at the same temperature

ListenBrainz.org
I signed up for this about 2 months ago because someone on here recommended it. It’s absolutely garbage unless you only listen to radio music. I listen to industrial hardcore and uptempo about 90% of the time, the remaining 10% are a pretty even split between hard rock and radio music. It only recommends me radio music, not a single hardcore track

It doesn’t need to be 5v. An active adapter can have a buck converter.
In reality active HDMI adapters get powered by the HDMI device though, not the VGA monitor, so it’s a moot point anyways
- Comment on At 1% 1 week ago:
Doesn’t matter. The VGA to HDMI adapter is active, not passive, so it matters if HDMI has a 5v rail, not VGA

- Comment on Why is the human body so incredibly bad at responding to colds? 4 weeks ago:
It answers OP’s question about why they are so miserable from a cold. It could be that it isn’t a cold.
OP never said those symptoms are unusual for him with a cold. I for one get no symptoms from covid other than diarrhea, whilst I get exactly what OP describes from a common cold
It also means they should isolate longer to not spread the virus
They should do that regardless

What’s the point? Genuine question, what advantage do you get from knowing if it’s covid or just a cold?

Low temperatures don’t make you sick

I know you’re joking, but pee has to be diluted 1:10 with water if you want to give it to your houseplants as fertilizer. Otherwise you will burn them
- Comment on Hmm this "unisex" bathroom seems biased... 4 weeks ago:
And some seats have that front opening, which helps, otherwise there’s often not much room to pee sitting down.
Just leave the lid up and sit on the actual bowl itself

Not sure if you have a short dick or just very soft boners, but that’s a absolutely not possible for many men.

And even that basic protection is optional. There are a few games on Steam that have no DRM at all, Witcher 3 (but for some reason not the remaster) and Baldurs Gate 3 for example.

The SSD has been soldered to the motherboard on previous models as well. The nvme slot is for adding a second SSD, it’s not populated from the factory

No, my body is very used to eating lots of fiber, that’s not the issue. I just eat a ton of calories because I’m very physically active, so even when I pay attention to eating foods with little fiber I still get around 50 grams per day, at least when bulking.

Yeah but I’d rather shit a brick once or twice a day than have runny poop 5 times a day

This is absolutely terrible advice. It takes an insane amount of physical activity to burn the calories of a meal, and being in a deficit will make you feel hungry regardless.
The majority of people need to worry about putting down their fork, not doing more physical activities

If the battery is dead how can they turn it on to find out what the problem is? Literally an unsolvable problem.
Takes 5 seconds to probe the battery with a multimeter and see its dead. Those are basic troubleshooting steps that some 10 year olds can do, let alone a professional repair shop
