Zero sugar sodas are 99% water.
If I have a glass of water, I’ll drink it when I’m thirsty. If I have flavored water, I’ll consume more because it’s enjoyable and I stay better hydrated. I tend to use a LOT of ice, so really I’m drinking that water too.

If I remember correctly, fats are very similar to plastics in molecular structure. The oils in pasta sauces get stained red, and in turn the oils like to hang on to the plastic, making them stained. It gets tricky to thoroughly wash all of the oils off the plastic because they want to stick together. One of the tricks I’ve heard to prevent staining is to spray plastic containers with regular non-stick pan spray before adding the pasta, so the clear non-stick spray oils sticks to the plastic before the stained pasta oils do.
This is also why you can wash a plastic container and sometimes it still feels a little oily or takes finger prints easily.
- Comment on The way this egg peels in infuriating 3 months ago:
While I’m cooking the eggs (I use a $10 egg steamer I bought years ago for fully cooked eggs I’ll want to use cold) I’ll throw a random large bowl in the sink. I’ll throw a clean reusable ice pack in the bottom of the bowl and cover it with cold water. When the eggs are done I’ll put them in the cold water for at least 10 minutes, though honestly usually way longer because I’ll be doing other things while making the eggs lol.
If I’m planning on peeling all the eggs right away, I’ll crack the shells lightly before putting in the cold water. This seems to let some water seep under the shell as they cool and helps with peeling as well.

Dark, warm, moist, friction - perfect formula for growing something on irritated skin .
The only time I generally don’t apply it to these areas is if I’m planning on sharing these areas with someone else later that day 😉 lol .

I have a dedicated 72hr antiperspirant stick that I use for my underboobs and the crease at my groin area that I apply after every shower. Summer and workouts are so much more comfortable without the skin irritation, and the conditioning/protective barrier helps prevent friction.

I once worked at a place that offered three vacation days per year. The only catch was, to use your paid days you had to work a separate shift for each day you took off. So ultimately if you wanted to have 3 days off, the week before and the week after you might not get a day off because of the extra shifts you had to work. Just how is that taking time for yourself again?

The lower leg moving would be an obvious sign, but they may be watching above the knee (where the muscle is actually contracting to create that movement) for even a twitch. Even absent that, without other symptom complaints they may just not be holding much weight with that one test. If you came in complaining you recently started dropping things, tripping, or injured yourself in a fall, that would carry more weight.

I’m walking on the roof of a building, carrying my baby. I get the intrusive thought to yeet the baby over the edge. Result - I recognize the horrible thought, causing me to hold the baby tighter and remove us from the roof, thus keeping us both safer.

I average about 25 grams of fiber a day and am well hydrated. About 20 minutes after my morning coffee there’s a knock at the back door. When I answer, there’s a mass evacuation that results in no evidence. It’s quite refreshing!

I tend to wash my face separately from showering, and also avoid directly spraying water in my face because some lizard part of my nervous system thinks I’m waterboarding myself.
That said, there’s generally enough random drippage and mist during a shower to require I dry my face.

How about a mandatory time management course online to integrate into your schedule as is convenient, but the nature of your job is to respond to ever changing patient needs and triage is constantly adjusting your schedule by adding visits because a coworker went on unexpected medical leave?

Throw a couple cups of milk in a pot, start to heat on medium/medium high (don’t let it boil.)
While that’s heating, take about half a cup of milk, and a couple fat tablespoons of flour and whisk it together in a separate bowl. It should be thick, but not real lumpy. If it comes out like mashed potatoes, add more milk.
Once the hot milk starts to bubble on the stove, slowly whisk in about half of your flour mixture. Let it come back to a slight bubble and see how thick it is. If you want it thicker, add more of the flour mixture. Once it bubbles for a minute or two, that’s almost the final consistency as it’s going to thicken a little as it stands. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc. to taste. Turn the heat off. Add a bunch of shredded cheese. If you heat it with the shredded cheese in it, you run the risk of the sauce breaking. Check it again for flavor, and if it thickens up too much as it cools, you can always add a little more milk.
One of the biggest mistakes that people make is heating up a sauce too much after it has the cheese in it. This can make the cheese break and get gross. I also have zero issue with using pre-shredded cheese this way either. And bonus tip, if you throw a slice of American cheese in there, it’ll have enough sodium citrate to help make it a very smooth cheese sauce.

Different cheeses depending on the end goal. If you dehydrate cheese it can be ground into a powder. I’ve seen cooks on various shows do this to recreate powders for popcorn seasoning, home made Doritos, Cheetos, or even for long term prepping/storage. Makes it easy to create sauces in a pinch as well.
