Sure, but who would have thought it would blow up. She was just drunk and spouting shit, and I reckon the next day didn’t even remember saying anything

She is actually pretty sweet and smart and I have a lot of respect for her making the most of what’s happened.

- Comment on What does "blackpilled" mean? 2 months ago:
I had only just learned the term but I’m probably a black pill, and it’s different.
My wife and I are having trouble, and divorce is on the table.
When she asked about what am I going to do? I said I don’t intend to ever get into another relationship. Apparently that was more hurtful than trying to replace her… Go figure.
I’ve had enough relationships in my time to know they are all pretty much the same, and I think I will be better off just not with anyone else. I’m sure my patterns play into these dynamics, but I try my best to be a good partner and I think I’m just better spending that energy on supporting myself in the time I have left.
I have kids and don’t want to put any pressure on them (IE I’m careful that I don’t want them to be my emotional support), but hopefully that will allow me to feel enough connection as I descend into hermithood.

I’m with the op on this one, I had just about every device under the sun, but mobile internet wasn’t a thing in Australia until we had a proper mobile browser, and that was with the iPhone. I vividly remember whipping out my 3gs to browse the internet, people being amazed, but it also being absolute shit if you were on the move or in most places. I would say ubiquitous reliable mobile internet wasn’t a thing until maybe 2012-13

I know I’m late. But realistically this is what we would need to do proper video generation.
Instead of the user input of the game, you would use the script from a tv series linked with the video… Or just the subtitles, but the actual script describing the scenes would be better… That’s the equivalent user input. Couple that with an llm and bam! Endless episodes of I love Lucy and Seinfeld.
- Comment on How to treat a man 2 months ago:
I dunno. I think the messaging is everywhere for how to attract men, but I don’t see too much content about how to treat men either. Certainly historically that was baked into the message, pun not intended, but these days I feel like the message is “you are the table” (so long as you are attractive enough to get a date) which is in part reinforced by the validation from the dating apps women get.
My wife of 19 years still says “what are you getting me for my anniversary” and I have to remind her that it’s our anniversary. Until recently my happiness hasn’t really occurred to her that is something she should consider. It’s all about her challenges and how I can help her, and what she wants to do.

4o says just take the goat and tie it up:
If you can’t leave the goat unattended with the wombok, and you can only transport one at a time, you’ll need to devise a method to ensure the safety of both the goat and the produce during separate crossings. Here’s how you can do it:
-
Divide and Conquer:
- Securely tie the goat in a safe location on one side of the river, ensuring it has access to food, water, and shelter.
- Transport the wombok across the river first, using one of the methods mentioned earlier while ensuring it remains dry and intact.
- Once the wombok is safely on the other side, return to the goat and prepare it for the crossing using the same or a different method, depending on available resources and conditions.
-
Coordinate Assistance:
- If possible, enlist the help of others to assist with the simultaneous transport of both the goat and the wombok.
- While one person focuses on transporting the goat, another can handle the transport of the wombok, ensuring that both are safely transported across the river.
-
Prioritize Safety and Monitoring:
- Throughout the process, prioritize the safety and well-being of both the goat and the produce, monitoring them closely to ensure they remain secure and unharmed during the crossings.
- Check on the goat periodically to ensure it remains safe and secure while waiting for its turn to cross the river.
By carefully planning and coordinating the crossings, you can ensure the safety and welfare of both the goat and the wombok while successfully transporting them across the river.
