This reminds me of the Italian websites posing as official sites that resell tickets for exhibits that can be purchased much cheaper directly from the exhibit’s actual website. The exhibit sites tend to be in Italian only or are more difficult to find.

The issue here is there are no OSHA codes to cite. The hypothetical the other chap performed was for a different state that actually has heat regulations. Op is in New York, so the only thing covering their situation is the general duty clause which is tough to enforce due to it not citing anything specific.

I picked this handle for one reason: it’s like catnip for the intellectually tepid. The room temperature IQ crowd seemingly can’t resist making that exact comment and I can’t help but imagine they feel quite proud of their accomplishment, much like the joy and pride I see in my dog’s eyes after she takes a poo. Given my love of poking fun at people like yourself for being absolute houseplants, seeing them poke fun at themselves without even realizing it gives me a similar post-defecation spring in my step.
