I hate MAGoos as much as sanity allows.
Hurting them would be all kinds of fun, but it’s not the smart move.
A lot of people voted for Trump three times, and then voted Blue for the first time in their lives.
Getting those folks to vote Blue again is the priority.
This. They need to be ridiculed for their past behavior, but supported for making a change. Make them embarassed for how they were, maybe a couple will end up doing some serious self-evaluation. I know most probably won’t, but if even a couple do it’s worth it
You can’t do both. I’ve come to figure over the years that, aside from horny, shame and the fear of shame is the most powerful human emotion. Shame will backfire in this case.
I don’t care what they think about themselves.
I want them the vote Blue. That’s it.

I wish they were scared. They’re just angry that we might kill less brown and/or lgbtq people.
They are scared, constantly. Their brain is physically wired that way, search “conservative amygdala”. Short version, theirs is enlarged reducing their ability to emotionally regulate while also causing them to perceive threats where none exist and grossly overreacting to those that do.
But like any abuser they don’t just accept that they’re weak and scared, they manifest it as anger and direct it at those who they see as weaker than they are. It’s not even a “hurt you back first” type thing, they derive enjoyment from abusing others. Makes them feel big.
It’s quite pathetic, really.
