      Aye. He has gone on the record saying he doesn’t like to sing it anymore because of how silly people treat it, which, considering it’s an artist’s raw feelings being poured out into the world just to have the world spit it up… that’s pretty horrible.

    I bet a lot of people don’t pay attention to the lyrics and don’t know. Another good chunk know it and feel it, and use humor as a shield to avoid feeling sadness. Most people aren’t assholes willingly.
