  You have anxiety about your habit of eating too much junk food, represented by the cheeto. The dopamine rush that accompanies these binges takes your mood sky-high, represented by the blue sky and clouds, but it is tarnished by the knowledge that your diet is increasingly unhealthy and your body is suffering as a result. The fear of an ever-increasing divide between the state of your actual body and your ideal body fuels a negative self image, not only of your appearance, but of your increasing lack of self control when it comes to food, represented by the pug, a grotesque animal with poor to no impulse control.
