  Russia, Iran, Turkey, Jordan, Israel, UK, and would you believe it, even the USA are fighting in Syria. Many more nations are supplying money and arms .

  600K dead, at least, 10x the casualties of Israel v. Palestine (80K) and heavy international military involvement, 15 years or so of it. Russia v. Ukraine is over 2 million casualties.

  It’s not all bad news, gentle reader! Boeing’s revenue is up 2 billion, so that’s nice.

  I was so fuckin worried that Syria was about to regress since it was slow progress to establish a newer fairer government, but they just abolished the Assad-era terrorism courts and nullified all previous rulings so things are looking up. It almost seems like, of all things, even the Kurds and Turkey are getting along (or at least not killing each other), as bizarre as that is.
