    There really is nothing there in his muscles. It’s all synthol oil, fibro-fatty replacement of muscle fibers and edema due to the inflammatory response. He is flexing his muscles for the picture but that hardly does anything anymore because his severely weakened muscle structure. It really is sad

      Synthol injecting is an illness that needs support. I don’t think other forms of body dysmorphia get mocked like this.

  This is kinda sad to me, I can’t help but think people usually don’t end up this disproportionate from synthol injections without having some pretty significant body dysmorphia.

  This is also body dysmorphia.

  No one is dumb enough to go to that level of malformation immediately. They must be very unhappy with their body.
