    I mean, I like beets, but that’s a bit much. And I don’t think I want to find out how the juice tastes. I like them roasted.

      Raw beets are an acquired taste, but once you acquire it it’s delicious!

      Plus they’re all kinds of healthy, especially if you do any kind of endurance exercise.

      Expands your blood vessels for better flow, increases red blood cell production, decreases muscle fatigue and helps control inflammation.

      It’s pretty much like very mild doping, except all of the side effects are ADDITIONAL health benefits such as lots of fiber, high water content, vitamins and minerals that help with additional health stuffs 😁

  Anytime I see anything related to beatboxing I feel compelled to bring up the most insane beatboxer I have ever seen, WING. All of his stuff is great, but check out his song “Dopamine” if you haven’t heard it, it’s what made him really blow up
