  I’m just reading about Mar a Lago face. The trend by women involved or following Maga to modify their face.

  I don’t think this is the first such trend, there has been the Kardashion/insta face and bum trend before that.

  maybe what is new and shocking is that people are using cosmetic surgery to change their face now, rather than make what they have a bit nicer.

  For the rest of us it’s a good keep away signal.

  And now I’m thinking with sadness how my pretty sister at the age of 35 cut off her long natural blonde hair and got a Karen haircut with stripes. If she was concerned with looking professional she could have worn a bun.

  It all seems decadent and cult like.

    ok, I think I have figured what freaks me out about this and it’s not the actual look.

    It’s not status seeking or youth seeking or trying to be a particular ethic or racial group

    it’s identifying/showing an extremist allegiance to a political ideology . It’s extreme because it is body modification for politics. It’s not just speaking french or dressing in a certain way or a hair cut.

    It’s a status symbol. The women with mar-a-lago face, Republican face, etc are part of the aristocracy. Their face is the symbol of their status. Plastic surgeons will advertise this look as “refined”, “sophisticated”, and “aristocratic”.

    These people are some of the wealthiest people in the US and the world, and they want to look different from the peasants they underpay and abuse.

    Similar to how aristocracies of the past would speak French, and peasants spoke more Germanic languages, generally speaking.

      I thought most of the motivation by Trump to enter politics was because he was rejected by the aristos on account he is a pedo, he is boorish and criminal ( they would have forgiven criminal if he wasn’t a pedo or a boor )

      these people are not the aristos , they are just trying to rewrite history

      yes, the more I think about it the more this is just a shift within a demographic from Northern European beauty ideals to Eastern European beauty

      modification to change or modify ethnic or racial traits to appear as another group happens everywhere

  Asking this here as I’m fairly sure some of you do this sorry if stuff for a living and for the life of me I can’t find a fix…

  Image Windows 11 popped up with this two days ago. Was from a fresh boot and the computer sits unused for days so there had been no multiple log in attempts. My pin won’t let me in, and the use other sign in option does not come up as an option. To be honest, I can even think whether there is a password set, might just be the pin. I can log into my kids profile, not using their pin, I get the same message, but with their password backup. The leave for 2 hours does jack. I still get this screen after multiple attempts trying to do this… Is there a way I can log into my admin account from my kids account and fix this? Or another way to fix this…?

    oh god.

    ok ok ok ok so there i a very Big Shit Thing going on with win updates that is bricking things it shouldn’t. But. Try this:

    • Hold the power button to force shut down, then power it back on. Hit and hold f4 to see if you can trigger a safe mode boot.

    • If not, then we try recovery mode - same thing, but hold down f8 and see if loads a boot options menu . If not THAT then:

    • Turn the PC on again, then quickly force it off again by holding down the power button two more times during startup. On the third time, it should autoload Recovery Mode.

    • Select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart.

    • After the restart, press F4 to start in Safe Mode.

    Once you’re finally in Safe Mode, Windows should ask for your account password, not the PIN. After logging in hit winkey+I to open settings. Go to Accounts > Sign-in options and under PIN (Windows Hello), click Remove to disable the PIN.

    Anyone stuck with this dog sneeze of an OS, make sure you have pin disabled by doing that last sentence.

      Yeah, I was thinking that too. No real need for windows that I can think of. I used to run Linux and ran into issues every now and then hence changing back…

  I would like to see “Project Blip A” the movie from the perspective of Rocky. Maybe it would be better called Voyages of Iridians because they don’t name ships

  ( tho we don’t know exactly what they call themselves, it would be fun to try saying/writing it 🙂🐕 🕷️🪐 )
