High pressure pipe flange installed by the lowest bidder! Wonder how long it will last…
Can’t be THAT high a pressure on a cast valve and rubber gaskets

“Lowest bidder” - The whole job has to be ripped out and redone. He used heaps of second hand crap too. It’s a real mess. You should see his companies electrical work. They don’t have a mechanical services or electrical license. It’s a wonderful situation.
Who decided that bids from unlicensed workers were accepted? Ridiculous
Don’t let anyone you like working with mess with it. When it inevitably fails, they’ll blame the last person to touch it, not the installer.
Much longer if you righty-tighty that nut my friend
From the looks of it, they ran out of screw, hence it looking like it’s not tightened.
CL4P-TP EP?
In motor controls and power distribution, 600V three phase is low voltage. Up to 69,000 volts is “medium” voltage lol
Missed opportunity for 69420 volts.
Ohh the title took me a few seconds… 😅
Care to fill those of us that still don’t get it in?
The bolt should go all the way through the nut.
Yeah it took me a few minutes too haha… 😅
…still counting
This is just poor engineering. They could save money by using jam nuts.
About 100Pa…
0.001 bar? That would be a low pressure system
It asked how long the flange in thar set up before a leak. I don’t see it holding at all like that.

It may literally be hanging on by a thread

Wait, the common phrase does come from a fiber thread though right? O.O

Yes, but it is applicable here.
