ICE ICE baby
You have all reason to be afraid of traveling with DB. Especially with the ICE. However, this is unrelated to the american ICE.

Orly?
To add context for anyone who doesn’t know: DB is notorious for being incredibly delayed. Lots of cancellations, 30-40 minutes late is no rarity, and if you have a connection to catch I can guarantee you that it’ll be the ONE train running on time.
So you are right to be concerned, but only because you’ll never get to start your journey in the first place.
Poor guy
He’s a pretty cool dude. No pun intended.
You’ll be relatively fine if you’re white. Otherwise that train is stopping in El Salvador first.
Heh, “high speed”.
The train can go fast, but the tracks do not permit it. If you ride an ICE in the direction of Paris, it will be slow until you reach Strasbourg and then it will zip at 320km/h until Paris.
Come on, let’s give credit where credit is due. They’re really quick to be delayed.
the coming winter is going to be terrifying
It is too cold anyway…
TLDR on this bs?
German high speed rail: ICE (inter city express)
Ahh gotcha

You live in the wrong ICE as earlier models trains drove Amtrak rails for test purposes in the 90ies.
